Farm Fest is the Pacific Northwest’s largest plowing competition, bringing history to life with a full day of traditional farming fun! Watch over 18 teams of draft horses and mules compete as they demonstrate pre-1920s farming techniques. Meet the teamsters, explore horse-drawn and vintage equipment displays, and enjoy hands-on activities like wool carding and butter churning. Families can explore self-guided museum tours, including the 1880s Hutchcroft School, and discover pop-up exhibits scattered throughout the grounds.
