Sound is a beautiful way to connect, heal, and rest. Soundbathing has been used across cultures for centuries as a technique to calm the mind, relax the body, and bring community together. All that is required is to lie down, relax, and listen.
Stacie, who will be facilitating this event, has been holding soundbaths for over a decade using a blend of Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Drums and more. The evening will begin with relaxing tea before participants will be invited to make themselves comfortable for a 75 minute experience.
Bringing your own props or comfort items is required such as a mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, shawl or sacred items. At the very least, we recommend bringing a mat (yoga or similar) and a blanket, to ensure you are comfortable.
