Tabula Rasa Farms offers grass-fed, grass-finished beef from Dexter and Scottish Highland cattle, pasture-raised pork from heritage breed American Guinea hogs, and pasture-raised chickens.
Our farm is dedicated to maintaining a sustainable farm ecosystem where our animals thrive, our land is enriched, and our community is welcome. Through permaculture and a regenerative based approach to the land, we give our animals rich, verdant pastures and forest land upon which to graze and grow naturally and humanely. In return, they give us the gift of flavorful, nutrient-dense meat that reflects the unique characteristics of our land for our signature artisan beef and pork.
Though we are not certified organic, we follow organic practices that preclude the use of pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, growth hormones, and routine antibiotics in our farm operations.
Our meats are prepared by one of the last USDA meat processors left in the state of Oregon. The plant is organic certified by Oregon Tilth, Animal Welfare Approved, GAP4 Certified and implements one of the most Robust Systematic Approaches to the Humane Handling of Livestock.
Our farm store is open Thursdays and Fridays, 11am-4pm. We offer farm fresh eggs, beef, pork and other meats, along with a wide variety of locally produced items.
We offer a selection of fixed-price curated meat boxes through our website.
We also offer farm tours to individuals and groups.
