No matter your fitness level before childbirth, your postpartum workout plan requires special consideration.

In this two hour workshop, new mothers and mothers-to-be will learn breathing techniques, how to safely start healing your diastasis recti, and complete a 45-minute workout that you can take home with you and perform anytime.

Two opportunities: Saturday June 8 and Saturday August 17, 10:30am-12:30pm.

Cost: $40/session this includes one spot in our kids room. $10 for any additional children.
