In 2018, we opened the 71X Farmstore as a place to share our family-raised beef. We offer over 45 different cuts of dry-aged beef. A few other farm favorites include jerky, beef sticks, and farm-fresh eggs. We also pride ourselves on utilizing every piece of the cow and reducing waste. We’ve partnered with Rough Cut Soap Co. to create a special line of Eola Crest Cattle soap with our rendered beef tallow. While you’re visiting the store, be sure to check out our other options produced by folks we personally know. We have everything from selections of pork, lamb, and whole chickens to jams, salts, candles and art. In the spring of 2020, we hope for you to be able to wander about our herb garden, collecting the perfect pairing for your next meal while viewing our pride and passion – our cows.
