Local Flow is an eatery in Historic Downtown McMinnville dedicated to providing you with wholesome food and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu features healthier cuisine options such as rice or quinoa lunch bowls, smoothie bowls, fresh juices, fruit smoothies, toasts, and the most recent addition, handheld crepes. Local Flow is proud to offer a variety of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan meal options in the heart of the city.
The eatery is owned by Jamie Akers who moved to McMinnville in 2014 with her husband and two children from Eastern Oregon. She has been loving getting involved with the community both through Local Flow and her first entrepreneurial journey with Crepe World, a food cart she uses to pop-up at events around Oregon.
