Local Flow is an idea born out of opportunity and a desire for a sustainable healthy lifestyle by founders Heather and Brett Miller.
My name is Jamie and I am the new owner of Local Flow Health Bar. I moved to McMinnville 8.5 years ago with my husband and two kids from Eastern Oregon. We love towns where we can feel like part of the community. Although I wouldn’t consider myself a cook or chef, I do get excited about making crepes, which you can learn more about on our website www.crepeworldmac.com.
My husband is a plumber by day and a landscape painter by night. My oldest is attending Western Oregon University and my youngest and business partner is a senior in high school. I enjoy the outdoors and activities such as hiking, biking, gardening, skiing, and traveling. We have even hosted several exchange students from Spain and Italy over the last couple of years.
I enjoy being part of this community and want to bring something that not only grows it but keeps it feeling great on the way. I am excited to be a part of downtown McMinnville’s restaurant scene and look forward to seeing you at Local Flow!
