Pacific Frame is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Noel and Leigh Ann Jones. They opened Pacific Frame in 1998 in Historic Downtown McMinnville and enjoyed being part of the historic downtown for 16 years. In January 2014 Noel and Leigh Ann purchased the old Robin and Russ Handweavers building on the corner of Sixth and Adams Street. After some minor renovations on the building they moved their established frame shop in March 2014 to this beautiful new permanent home.
I was new to getting anything framed so I was slightly confused about the whole situation. The lady that helped me was so patience and helpful. She really took her time to explain everything and gave me several options and prices. The customer service here was really great. And the prints I had framed turned out excellent.
