RAW Cider Company practices traditional methods, mostly French, with a contemporary approach to attain clean, balanced and interesting products. All of our cider is fermented with the yeast that is on the fruit at the time of harvest. A light hand guided by a solid understanding of biology and chemistry allows us to follow the fruit’s fermentation naturally and with little interference. At RAW Cider, we Work with Wild meaning we select from what nature is offering and delicately guide that into a bottle for you to enjoy.
