Saturday Morning Breakfast in Mac is a nonprofit charity that serves a hot, nutritious breakfast to the food insecure in the McMinnville area. On average, we serve about 250-300 meals per Saturday. We aim to create a welcoming atmosphere to anyone who needs a meal. We believe that food is not just a privilege, it’s a right – no one deserves to go hungry.
We rely on the service of volunteers to help cook, clean, and serve breakfast with something warm to drink. Unfortunately, rising costs have served to more than double the funds needed to assist our neighbors. When you volunteer with Saturday Morning Breakfast in Mac or donate funds, you not only help to feed those in need one meal, you get us one step closer to eliminating hunger for good.
