Let me introduce myself!!
The girl behind the name is Blair Sinden~ Owner, baker and resident sweet tooth. My love for baking started with my Grandmother, where I had to sit on the counter instead of seeing over it!! I’ve been in the kitchen for as long as I can remember, baking is my passion. I’m happily married (yes, I made our cake) and have 3 amazing children. Designing custom cakes has always given me the ability to be home with my kiddos and I am truly grateful! Transplanted to McMinnville in 2020, We are enjoying everything Oregon has to offer! I am so proud to be a part of such an amazing community here in McMinnville!
Blair’s Custom Cakes was born in 2006, when a dream of my son’s cake became a reality. I had a desire to be able to work from home whilst giving freedom to my creative drive. As the years went by I got to do just that! With ever-growing challenges and projects, I’ve had an amazing decade (plus) of cake adventures while my name grew to be synonymous with high quality, beautiful cake designs. I am incredibly lucky to have been a part of hundreds of weddings and special events over the years. I value keeping my business small and my service impeccable, as I chose not to expand my business in size – but in reputation only. My hands alone will lovingly bake, decorate and set up your cake and my biggest reward will be your excitement when you see it.
I am committed to providing the best baked products made from the freshest local ingredients. Using organic and home grown products whenever possible. Every cake masterpiece is constructed with your original design in mind.
