Hometown XpressHometown Xpress (HTX) began making deliveries on July 15, 2017 and has since become a well established business in our community.

Their delivery area is much larger than the national delivery companies.  Owner, Frances Myers states, “None of the other delivery companies want to drive as far as we do because it is not really very economical.  That did not stop us because we wanted to serve those areas that always seem to be ignored.” HTX delivers to McMinnville, Carlton,  Yamhill, Newberg, St. Paul, Dayton & Dundee.  “It does sometimes spread our drivers thin, but we think it is worth it.  We love serving our neighbors.”

Everyone who works for HTX lives within their delivery area.  This allows them to be very service and customer focused.  “Our customers and our partnered restaurants are always our top priority. While technology does make this business much easier, its the people of HTX that makes us successful.”

How does it work? Easy!  Simply go to www.HometownXpress.com and create an account.  You are able to choose from a variety of restaurants and customize each item as you wish.  Once you are done selecting your items, you will be asked to checkout and pay for your order (just like any other online merchant) and that’s it.  HTX handles everything else from there.

The drivers and dispatchers are always friendly and courteous.  You may well receive a call from one of them if they need clarification on your order or directions to your location.  Their catch phrase: “Just a few clicks and you’ll have your order lickety split. It always arrives fresh, hot and yummy!”

With Covid-19 impacting everyone and everything, there has been an increase in people ordering their meals through HTX.  Despite the fact that restaurants have started opening their doors for indoor dining, the demand for home delivery continues to increase. HTX is certainly a convenient option during these changing times.

If you are a restaurant owner or employee, it might just be time to partner up with HTX.  The process of becoming a partner is very easy.  They handle everything.  Simply provide a copy of your menu and they will add it to their website.  You are able to select your hours of availability and which cities you would like your menu to be delivered to. You can receive your orders via phone, text or your online ordering system (whichever you prefer).

A side note: If you are a business owner that has any type of product that would benefit from a delivery service, you should also reach out to HTX.

By partnering with HTX, you simply increase your customer base and reach customers that you might not have otherwise had access to.

The best way to reach Hometown Xpress would be through their Facebook page OR to email them at HometownXpressTeam@gmail.com.
