Hi Keep it Local Mac community! I’m Karla Erovick and I love living in beautiful McMinnville and the heart of Oregon’s wine country.
I grew up in Salem but lived in the Bay Area for a long time and while I was gone a whole wine industry emerged! It has been so fun discovering the wineries here in our valley – all so distinct and special. I got my start writing about wine and travel writing living in the Bay Area. My writing these days is on social media.
I started my own marketing and social media business about 6 years ago after working in marketing in San Francisco for over 20 years. The thing I love most is helping businesses tell THEIR story. When you can connect authentically with your customers through your story it creates magic!
My superpower is teaching my clients WHAT to SAY and HOW to SAY IT on social media so they can attract their customers. When you have that figured out the rest of social media is a whole lot easier and being consistent on social media is finally possible! It is kind of magical!
The thing I am most excited about is my very first Online Course – My Content Closet. I created it during the pandemic because it is something that I teach EVERY one of my clients and it is SO helpful. It creates the framework for your social media messaging. This training teaches the WHAT to SAY and HOW to SAY IT on Instagram. It is a DIY online training to do at your own pace, from your computer, and on your schedule. My first career was in the retail industry, so that’s how I came up with the Content Closet.
